Now that Danny Brown is an independent artist, everyone is waiting to see what the Detroit rhymer is going to bring with his next project, Atrocity Exhibition.

On Thursday (July 27), Brown chopped it up with Sway Calloway on his Shade 45 program, Sway in the Morning. The 35-year-old rapper said he spent three years working on the album in London with his longtime producer Paul White.

"Pretty much, I feel like this is my career album," he said. "I built up everything I did for this album. This is the full-fledge Danny Brown doing Danny Brown."

When asked what kind of subject matter will be featured on the album, he said, "My life. I had to live a little to write a little."

Brown also added that bounced album ideas with ScHoolboy Q and A$AP Rocky so he knows that At is going to be hitting.

Danny Brown's Atrocity Exhibition album is scheduled for release later this year.
