Danny Brown may be adored by many for his eccentricity and experimentalism, but the chipped-toothed spitter is, for the most part, taking it back to his gritty, blue collar roots on his eagerly anticipated 'Old' album, which drops at the end of the month.

"[The title] really [refers to] when I'm experimenting, making songs with Darq E Freaker and stuff. And then when I go back to my 'hood, I have my people who be like, 'Where that 'Old' Danny Brown shit at? I wanna hear that J. Dilla Danny Brown," Danny explained to Clash earlier this summer.

That's reflected in the official trailer for the project, which sees a more modest-looking Danny, puffing a blunt and rocking a Bulls starter hat with a wife beater, strolling through his 'hood while 'Side A (Old)' sets the tone.

We've yet to get a look at the 'Old' tracklist, but this video reveals all, if not a handful, of the guests on the album. Making appearances are A$AP Rocky, ScHoolboy Q, Ab-Soul, Freddie Gibbs, Charli XCX and Purity Ring, while SKYWLKR, Rustie, Oh No, Paul White and his Fool's Gold boss A-Trak handle the production.

Circle Sept. 30 on your calendar, boys and girls.
