Damon Dash is tired of taking losses. It's not even June and he's already been mocked in the form of a Twitter hashtag and lost custody of his two daughters. Now the former Roc-A-Fella Records founder is trying to come out a winner by going the legal route.

TMZ reports that Dash is suing his ex-wife Rachel Roy for $2.5 million. While the specifics are still nebulous, Dash is reportedly going after Roy for "corporate crimes" related to Royale Etenia LLC and Topson Downs -- two fashion companies they started together. Those crimes include breach of contract and interfering with cash distributions.

The suit is likely retaliation for Dash losing custody of his daughters three days prior. Roy won physical and legal custody of 15-year-old Ava and 6-year-old Tallulah after accusing Dash of being an unfit parent. The judge also granted Roy a three-year restraining order against her ex-husband.

Dash has been vocal about his fight for custody on Instagram. "If anybody speaks to [Rachel Roy] can you ask her why she is keeping my daughters away from me i know such a classy woman would never do something as distasteful as that unless advised by a low life scum bag lawyer like donell Suarez," he said on Instagram, referring to Roy's lawyer.
