The Urban Daily recently sat down with D-Nice of Boogie Down Productions and singer Kelly Price to get their memories of the legendary Notorious B.I.G. in celebration of the late MC's birthday (May 21).

D-Nice speaks about his involvement in the 'One More Chance' music video and how Biggie was different from all those who came before him.

“It was amazing to see B.I.G. I’d never seen anyone so cool,” D-Nice says. “I grew up in hip-hop when LL was screaming, KRS was calm but still aggressive. But B.I.G. was flowing and he was the sex symbol, but he really didn’t look like a sex symbol!

Kelly Price details the breakout moment of her career when she sang the hook on Biggie's posthumous hit single 'Mo Money Mo Problems' from his 'Life After Death' album.

“It was a huge blessing to me because at the end of the day I was a background singer, I had not come out with my own music yet," says Price. "Biggie is etched in hip-hop history. There will never be another."
