After selling his Los Angeles mansion for $1.69 million last month, Chris Brown has nestled himself into a posh pad deep in San Fernando Valley, Calif. However, the singer isn't receiving such a warm welcome from neighbors.

A resident in the Agoura community is none too pleased with a celebrity of Brown's caliber moving in beside him. Apparently the entertainer had a party over the weekend, which didn't seem to bother the resident too much -- there's something else on his mind. TMZ caught up with the man, who had some threatening words for the 'Loyal' crooner.

"It can be the devil. I can care less. I don't care if they're having orgies. It can even be Saddam Hussein for all I care, as long as he doesn't trespass onto my property," the man tells TMZ. "If he does, I shoot him."

Note to Breezy: don't go knocking on this guy's door to borrow some sugar.

Brown's new home is a spacious 8,000-square feet with six bedrooms included. There's also plenty for him to do to stay entertained -- as well as his guests -- considering there's a billiard room, dance studio, pool, tennis court, ice cream bar and a clubhouse. Plus space to park 75 cars for those days when he decides to throw a party.
