Chris Brown promised that he was going to stay out of trouble, and it looks like he’s keeping his word. Unfortunately, the singer is still being dogged by rumors of his alleged bad behavior.

Brown was apparently very rude to a flight attendant and was smoking weed on a plane, which his rep is categorical denying. According to a story in Us Magazine, Breezy was allegedly smoking weed on a private jet and when a flight attendant told him there’s no smoking allowed, he allegedly blew smoke at her. “I paid $60,000 for this jet, so I own it and everyone inside,’” he reportedly said afterward.

An insider also told the publication that Brown lit up another joint before he landed and threw insults at another flight attendant. “He told her, ‘What is your old ass doing here anyway? I like to have the help be people I’d actually like to f---,'" the source told Us.

In response to the rumors, a rep for Brown released the following statement:

This story is false. Chris was smoking on the plane prior to takeoff as was a companion of his. The pilot explained it was a non-smoking flight so Chris immediately extinguished his cigarette. His companion did as well but in a manner which angered the pilot who then said he would not fly the plane until this person was removed. Chris spoke to his tour manager, who was speaking with the pilot, and asked if they could replace the pilot.

In the end, his companion was removed and the plane departed. Also, contrary to the story, there was only one flight attendant, not two and Chris was never rude to her. In addition, Chris did not pay for the plane, the music label paid.

It's good to know that Brown is on his best behavior. Now he has to work on the company that he keeps. However, Us Magazine stands by their initial report and claims Brown was in fact very disruptive on the flight.
