Chris Brown has confirmed Dec. 15 as the release date for his third studio album, 'Graffiti.' The 20-year-old R&B singer broke the news via his usual medium, Twitter.

"Official album date: December 15. Graffiti. Now blog about this. Lol," Brown wrote in the Tweet about his latest Jive Records release. A Jive rep later confirmed to Billboard that the date was indeed legitimate. Last week the label announced Brown would be embarking on the intimate, month-long "Fan Appreciation" tour, which now leads up to the 'Graffiti's release. Brown will warm-up for the 19-city trek tomorrow (Oct. 27) headlining a one-off radio concert for New York's Power 105.1 at New Jersey's Izod Center.

This wasn't the first time today Brown made headlines thanks to his Twitter account. Earlier in the day, Brown linked fans to a video montage of him and ex-girlfriend Rihanna, who he is on probation for assaulting this past February. You can watch the fan-made video here.
