Chris Brown's family fears the singer's gang affiliation will put an end to his career.

According to TMZ, the singer's mom and his girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, believe that the singer's promotion of the Bloods gang will ruin his career. They've contacted his therapist to address their concerns.

Breezy's family believes he doesn't comprehend the fallout that could happen if he continues to highlight his gang ties. "He thinks it's cool, but the family is worried he's in real danger and he doesn't have a clue," a source states.

However, in a MTV News interview, Brown denies that he's involved in any gang.

"I'm cordial," he said about his relationship with gangs. "When you’re in L.A. and you’re around people, you meet everybody -- you meet Crips, you meet Bloods, especially in this industry that I’m in."

"I’m not in the country world, I’m not in the all-the-way pop world. [When] you’re in hip-hop, all of that meshes," he added.

The 25-year-old Virginia native has made top headlines this week for calling out TMZ founder Harvey Levin for being a "devil." Aside from reporting on his family's concerns regarding his gang ties, the gossip site gained access to a video of Brown shoving a female fan who attempted to kiss him at a Houston nightclub.

Brown posted an image of Levin on his Instagram page with a lengthy caption taking aim at the negativity his site fosters. “What the devil looks like in person. Lol. You sad little man. You’ve been trying for years to destroy me. It won’t work. Your efforts are flattering. When you look back on your life when it’s that time for you to depart, what can u actually say you’ve accomplished in life? Bringing people down and being the number one source for negativity. Life’s too short homie. Find some sort of happiness. You are a grown ass man. God bless you bruh,” he wrote.
