With the release of the long-delayed 'X' behind him, Chris Brown is looking forward to his upcoming tour with Trey Songz. The singer is going to be busy, but that doesn't mean his legal dilemmas are behind him.

Brown is still tasked with doing community service for assaulting Rihanna in 2009. The 'New Flame' crooner went to a court hearing on Thursday (Oct. 23) for a progress report. He was joined by his lawyer Mark Geragos. His community labor was upped to four days a week in order for him to complete his time by January 2015, according to TMZ. This might make it rough for Brown to rehearse for the tour.

The good news for the 25-year-old is that his therapist put in a good word for him in front of the judge, saying he's been following his "medication management" and making progress. However, the judge did note that Brown caught a speeding ticket, which violates probation.

Dates for the tour starring Brown and Songz have not been revealed yet. The two will perform at Power 106's Cali Christmas on Dec. 5.
