Chris Brown Buys Bachelor Pad Just Miles From Rihanna

Chris Brown has reportedly picked up a swanky new bachelor pad, just few miles down the street from his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

According to Radar Online, the 22-year-old singer picked up the three bedroom, three bathroom property in the Hollywood Hills, just eight miles from Rihanna's Beverly Crest manse. The 2,473 sq. ft. house was listed at $2,669,000 just two years ago, but Breezy snatched it up at the nice price of $1.5 million.

The crib features an amazing view, elevator, glass walls, "hi-tech touch screen systems" (?), two-car garage, two-story living room and a swimming pool.

"He won't have to deal with pesky nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house," a source told RadarOnline.

It doesn't look like the former lovebirds will be neighbors for long -- Rihanna has already put her Beverly Crest property on the market for a cool $4.5 milli. That's probably for the best, though, as Brown recently had another Twitter meltdown after a follower mentioned his 2008 assault on his ex.

"Don't say s--- to anybody and everyone feels its cool to attack me. GROWN ADULTS!!!! That s--- happened three years ago," Brown tweeted.
