Chris Brown was arrested on felony assault charges Sunday (Oct. 27) in Washington, DC. According to TMZ, the R&B singer allegedly attacked a man outside of a hotel around 4:30AM.

Law officials announced that Breezy, along with his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, 35, was involved in a physical altercation with an unidentified person outside of the W Hotel.

Both men are currently in police custody and won't be released until Monday, while the victim was treated at a D.C. hospital and released.

This is not a good look for Brown. He’s still on probation for his 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna. Earlier this year, prosecutors wanted to revoke his probation during his hit-and-run case, which was dismissed.

If these assault charges stick, the 'Fine China' singer could be facing jail time.

This incident is also bad timing considering that Brown is set to release his purported final album, 'X,' on Nov. 19.

UPDATE (10/27/13) 1PM:

TMZ has spoken with the alleged victim and he claims that Brown has broken his nose and he may need surgery as early as Monday morning. Apparently, the R&B singer became enraged when the victim and another person photo bombed two women with whom Brown was taking pictures with.

According to the gossip website, when the pic was about to be taken Brown reportedly said, "I'm not into this gay s---, I'm into boxing" and threw a punch at the alleged victim. Afterward, a brawl ensued.

The victim reportedly plans to press charges against Brown and already has a lawyer on deck.
