Chris Brown Accused of Assaulting Woman in Las Vegas

It looks like Chris Brown is in some serious trouble. The R&B crooner is being accused of punching a woman at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas on Saturday morning (Jan. 2).

According to ABC News, police released a statement saying that an altercation occurred in a room where the alleged female victim tried to take a picture of Brown. Apparently, this angered the singer and he allegedly punched her and took her cell phone.

TMZ has posted a photo of the alleged victim, whose name is purportedly Liziane Gutierrez, and she has an injury on her right eye.

Authorities are currently looking for Brown so they can ask him some questions. The investigation is still ongoing.

Brown's publicist have told the media that the victim’s "statements are unequivocally untrue" and is "a complete fabrication."

Either way, this is not a good look for Chris Brown and it’s a horrible way to start off the new year.
