Chance the Rapper is set to receive the Innovator Award at this year's iHeartRadio Music Awards.

The fifth annual awards show will be hosted by DJ Khaled, and will honor some of the biggest names in music, including Rihanna and Bruno Mars, who are both up for five awards this year.

However, Billboard reports that Chance the Rapper will receive a special honor at this year's ceremony, with the Innovator Award. The award recognizes his "groundbreaking accomplishments in the music industry and his unsurpassable contributions to social causes."

Chance's philanthropic efforts are no secret. Through is organization, SocialWorks, he's been heavily involved in Chicago's public school system, donating $1 million last year.

Named one of DoSomething.org's most charitable celebrities of 2017, Chano launched the New Chance Arts & Literature Fund to support arts in the classroom and raised $2 million through his charity foundation as well. The Chicago rapper also works with Barack Obama's My Brother's Keepers Alliance.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards will air on March 11 in Los Angeles and air live on TBS, TNT and truTV at 8 p.m. ET.
