Chance the Rapper has been taking the summer concert circuit by storm -- one stage at a time. And while he's killing it on the mic, fans have been patiently waiting for some new material. But instead of being the one in the limelight, he's the one in the production and songwriting chair.

"I've been doing a lot of work in terms of the production and writing s---," he tells DJ Semtex of BBC 1 Radio. "I've been working with Wyclef and did a little work with J. Cole. And obviously James Blake. I've been doing a lot of writing with artists. Elle Varner, she's an amazing artist. Everyone. Boys Noize, Jessie Ware. She's amazing."

James Blake is a likely collaboration as the two have been roommates since Chance moved in with the U.K. singer earlier this year. We're sure there were lots of late night jam sessions at their pad.

His interview with BBC 1 Radio took place soon after he stepped off the stage at a headlining show in London, which he admits was an experience in itself.

"I've played a lot of headliner shows and a few European shows but this was... There was just a different energy, the separation, you know," the Chicago native shares. "I don't play London often... And I guess I met a lot of the people out there tonight so the connection of knowing each other for so long without meeting, it just felt familiar. But it felt like something real new."
