Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) is part the ever-evolving legacy that is what founder Hamilton Carhartt set out to create when his first pair of overalls were produced in 1889. WIP represents the branch of this timeless brand by constantly moving forward in design aesthetics while always holding steady the durability and core values set in motion long ago.

Insert Cologne-born artist Alexander Basile to the Carhartt team. Basile, over the years, has helped to transform the marketing/advertising campaigns of the brand with innovative design techniques. "Neon-Ending" is just one of the many brilliant projects that cement the fact he is exactly where he's needed most. The video was directed by Bastile while shooting WIP's Spring/Summer 2014 Campaign in Catania, Naples and Sicily. With a backdrop so beautiful as those cities are, the great and perfectly styled garments being modeled, this video is a true work of art.

If the video isn't inspiring enough, (some words by Alexander himself: "It's easy like this, you either have a story or you don’t. If you don't, you can dig and dig; hopefully you’ll find something, some story almost forgotten by most.") then the collection by Carhartt WIP should give you reason to be excited about this tremendous direction led by a team of great individuals. The whole collection is available now on the Carhartt WIP online store.
