New York rapper Busta Rhymes was sentenced to three years probation and 10 days of community service on Wednesday, stemming from the assault of his former driver and a fan.

The rapper, whose real name is Trevor Smith, was also fined $1,250 for driving while intoxicated. Smith's license was also suspended.

The 35-year-old rap star plead guilty to all charges, including two assault charges and one DUI. In accordance with his sentencing, Smith will have to enroll in a drunk driving program. Read the full story.
