Bruno Mars Charged With Felony for Drug Arrest

Bruno Mars was officially charged with a felony this afternoon. The charge is a result of his arrest on Sept. 19 at Las Vegas' Hard Rock Hotel & Casino for possession of a controlled substance, believed to be cocaine. According to TMZ, a hotel employee reportedly squealed to security after seeing the singer go into a bathroom stall with a "baggie of white powdery substance." The legal problems for Mars come as he continues to boast the No.1 single, 'Just the Way You Are, ' for the second straight week.

If convicted Mars faces up to four years behind bars and a $5000 fine.
