Bodega Bamz Turns Up at the Corner Store in ‘H.P.I.C.’ Video
There’s nothing that quite says New York City ‘hood quite like a corner bodega. It’s where we find Harlem rhymer Bodega Bamz at the start of the video for ‘H.P.I.C.’
“Cocaina I was selling it / Crack cocaine sellin’ it,” Bamz raps in the video directed by Roberto Mario and Jay Montra of SBHW Films.
But there isn’t much cocaine being sold. Instead, Bamz claps two bags of cocaine and hits another with a baseball bat. The rapper isn’t an expert in drug commerce, but that can’t be good for profits.
Bodega Bamz is still working on his debut LP, ‘Dear Non Believers.’ In the meantime, you can listen to Bam Bam on his latest EP, ‘Sunday Service.’
