Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father, Bobby Brown, has issued a statement following the hospitalization of his daughter who was found unresponsive in a bathtub on Saturday (Jan. 31).

The 45-year-old singer, and ex-husband of the late Whitney Houston, rushed to be by her daughter’s hospital bedside upon hearing the unfortunate news.

In a statement released to E! News, Brown stated, "Privacy is requested in this matter. Please allow for my family to deal with this matter and give my daughter the love and support she needs at this time."

As we previously reported, Bobbi Kristina was discovered by her husband, Nick Gordon, and a friend, unconscious in a bathtub in the couple’s home in Roswell, Ga. Police have confirmed that she was alive and her breathing was stable when Kristina was admitted to North Fulton Hospital.

However, there are conflicting reports on whether the 21-year-old singer-actress is in a medically induced coma or breathing on a ventilator. Either way her medical condition remains unclear.

Bobby Brown's attorney also released a statement regarding Kristina’s condition.

"The report that Bobbi Kristina Brown has been taken to the hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, is accurate," his lawyer said. "No additional information will be forthcoming."

Authorities are still investigating the case and have found nothing in the home that would indicate that drugs was involved.

Meanwhile, celebrities have went on Twitter to send prayers and support for Bobbi Kristina Brown. Read their heartfelt tweets below.
