Black Girls Rock! Celebrates Rihanna, Gladys Knight and Black Womanhood [VIDEO]

Black Girls Rock! continues to be one of the most anticipated events of the year. And it's not hard to see why; it's a showcase for all of Black womanhood and an opportunity to celebrity some women who have achieved so much in their respective fields.

This year's honorees included Rihanna (Rock Star Award), Amandla Stenberg (Young Gifted and Black Award), the founders of Black Lives Matter (Community Change Agent Award), Gladys Knight (Living Legend Award) and a host of other inspiring women. With Tracee Ellis Ross serving as host, Black Girls Rock! 2016 was truly a night to remember.
