Black Dave – ‘Wadadaang’ Feat. Bodega Bamz

Despite both referencing and interpolating Boogie Down Productions' '9mm Goes Bang,' Black Dave and Bodega Bamz's 'Wadadaang' isn't just another Golden Age imitation from two "New New York" rappers. Bolstered by blistering bass from Shy Beats, this black boy/tan boy collaboration stays firmly in 2013.

'Wadadaang' will appear on Black Dave's upcoming 'Black Bart' mixtape, which drops Sept. 17. It'll also feature the previously-heard (and more classically East Coast-sounding) 'Take It Back,' whose 'Kids'-inspired video you can watch here.
