America may have been outraged and saddened by George Zimmeran's acquittal over the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin this past weekend, but there was at least some solace to be found for the hip-hop community; 'The Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival' returned for its 9th annual installment.

Pusha T, Redman and New York's own EPMD headlined the four-day festival, which also included appearances from up-and-comers Dizzy Wright, Dyme-A-Duzin and Dillon Cooper. Spike Lee also hit the stage to introduce his new 'Guns Kill' movement and take a few digs at Nets fans.
