Big Boi and Killer Mike reunite with “Born To Shine”, a new joint from Big Grams; Big Boi's supergroup with electronic rock duo Phantogram, and it's paired with an animated video laced with adult content and trippy imagery.

Naturally, Big Grams turned to Adult Swim’s animation department to take a hit at capturing the song’s vibe. The video features an animated version of all five members of the collaboration to bring the visual together. In respect to music appreciation and experimentation, it’s worth the listen. In respect to the self-aware pothead, it’s worth the visual. Enjoy Big Grams’ “liquid lines” with your “electric eyes” above.

Killer Mike, of course, originally came to the forefront in the early 2000s as a member of the Dungeon Family and a prominent feature on several OutKast tracks, including "Flip Flop Rock" and "The Whole World." Nowadays, Mike is hanging more with Bernie Sanders than Daddy Fat Sax, but the bond is still there--as is the pair's long-standing lyrical chemistry.

And Mike has found new life as an artist with his acclaimed work in Run the Jewels with El-P. Things are pretty good for the two Atlanta rappers and it's great to see them having fun together like the good old days. And Big Boi has done great work with Phantogram ever since their initial collaboration on his 2012 project Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors.
