On Thanksgiving night, viewers who were tuned into ABC caught the network premiere of Beyonce's 'I Am ... World Tour' special. The 90-minute concert film documents the singer's 2009 international tour, in support of her 2008 'I Am ... Sasha Fierce' album. The DVD was released the following day, on Nov. 26, and immediately climbed to No. 1 on the Nielsen SoundScan Music DVD Chart.

The documentary was certified double platinum before Nov. 30, when the deluxe edition of the DVD hit stores. Bonus features included a live soundtrack and a 40-page collection of never-before-seen photos from Beyonce's journey around the world. Prior to the DVD's official release, the footage was screened in select cities around the world on Nov. 18, which marked the two-year anniversary release of Beyonce's 'I Am ... Sasha Fierce' album.

The film was directed and edited by Beyonce, who says that it took nine months to fine tune the footage before it was ready for release. Highlights of the DVD include Beyonce's 98th concert performance in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, where her husband Jay-Z joined her onstage to perform their 2003 collaboration 'Crazy in Love.' The DVD has also been certified platinum in Brazil.

'I Am...World Tour' will be available on Blu-ray on Dec. 7.
