As The BoomBox recently reported, Beyonce is being sued for $100 million for pulling out of a lucrative project with video game company Gate Five. Now it looks as if Bey has suffered another huge loss, this time on a Miami beachfront property. With a baby on the mind, could the songstress be losing a grip on the power deals she managed before?

According to public records obtained by TMZ, the 'Love on Top' singer spent $465,000 in 2002, on an extremely small pad that's just a stones throw from the Atlantic. The apartment -- part of an expensive Miami condo complex -- is only 190-square feet and was probably used as a place to change and use the half bathroom. Mrs. Jay-Z most likely owns, or has owned, a much larger condo within the complex.

On Nov. 9, Beyonce put the tiny cabana up for sale, with a $135,000 asking price -- a huge cut in the original amount. Unfortunately for the singer, she could only squeeze $110,000 out of the glorified bathroom. That's a huge loss! But with a baby girl on the way, this probably isn't too important.

Do you think Bey could've gotten a better price? Or can 190-square feet only get you so much?
