Beyonce has been accused of being a Grinch. The international superstar is under fire for being "morally reprehensible" for the firing of 70 people a week before Christmas last year.

According to TMZ, the 'Run the World (Girls)' singer struck a deal with a company called Gate Five to produce a interactive dance video game titled 'Starpower: Beyonce.' But after the deal went sour during a "crucial moment in the project's development," the corporation had to pull the plug on the project thanks to her "extortionate demand for entirely new compensation terms," even though the terms had been decided.

Unable to meet her demands, Gate Five had to fire 70 people from the company the week before Christmas. In a summons, they claimed that it was "a bad faith breach of contract so callous that, on what appeared to be a whim, she destroyed Gate Five's business and drove 70 people into unemployment, the week before Christmas."

The papers also branded her as "morally reprehensible" for both her actions and conduct. The documents also seek $6.7 million initially invested in the venture, as well as the $100 million in profits that the company would have gleaned had the project gone through.
