Beyonce and Nicki Minaj are definitely BFF goals -- and their friendship status was solidified again today (Oct. 27) after Bey released a tribute song to her "Feeling Myself" counterpart. Queen Bey fittingly covered Prince's "Darling Nikki" for her own "Darling Nicki."

"I met this girl named Nicki / I guess you can say she was the rap queen / I met her in the studio lobby / But her booty looked bigger in the magazines," Beyonce sings in lieu of Prince's lyrics on Nikki, a sex fiend who masturbates to magazines in hotel lobbies.

As the "Crazy in Love" singer sings a cappella, a black-and-white video of herself and The Pinkprint creator practicing their stare down and "ice grill" on stage for the Tidal benefit show that occurred in Brooklyn's Barclays Center last week is shown.

The two also engage in a staring contest too. "Let's see who cracks first...," reads a caption for another video, which shows Beyonce and Nicki Minaj repeatedly practicing their stare down for the end of their "Feeling Myself" performance. In the dance studio, several dancers stand in the corner watching the BFFs break into laughter after seconds of grilling each other down.

When it comes to the "Darling Nicki" tribute, the Pink Friday creator was pleased with the cover. "Bey has spoken," she wrote on Instagram with the video of the cover. Next to it were a series of hashtags like #RapQueen, #QueenBey and #bayBey. Adorbs.

Listen to Beyonce's cover above and watch to see who cracks first in their stare down below.
