Beyonce and Jay Z's joint album could be arriving sooner than you think.

Fans first caught wind of the project last year when DJ Skee revealed the power couple was working on the new LP. Now thanks to producer Detail, it looks like the album can be released this year.

During a red carpet interview with Billboard magazine at the Grammy Awards, the Detroit beat maker said he's collaborating with the 'Drunk in Love' creators. "I'm working with a couple of new projects that I don't want to unveil, and then me and Beyonce and Jay Z are actually doing something together this year," he revealed. "When you think of Jay and B together, you think 'album.' You should already know."

When the interviewer pushed Detail a little harder and asked if the album would actually see the light of day, he looked hesitant to answer. "In my imaginary mind I would want to say it's true," stated Detail. Well, that gives us a glimmer of hope.

Hip-hop's "it" couple have joined forces for several songs including 'Crazy in Love' and 'Upgrade U,' which they performed on their 2014 On the Run Tour.

Beyonce and Jay Z's 'Drunk in Love,' produced by Detail, won a Grammy last night for Best R&B song and Best R&B Performance.
