TMZ reports that Beyoncé and JAY-Z have brought their twins home to their Malibu rental estate.

According to a report from TMZ, the babies were at UCLA Medical Center for a week and half. They were previously being kept “under the lights” — a term used when newborns have jaundice which is the result of elevated bilirubin. The lights used on the infants lower the bilirubin, eliminating the jaundice. While the problems shouldn’t lead to any long-term issues, doctors reportedly didn't release the babies (a boy and girl) until they were more stable.

TMZ reports that the family will be staying at the $400,000 a month estate until they find a permanent L.A. home.

Earlier this month, Beyoncé ’s father, Matthew Knowles confirmed the birth of the twins on social media, writing, “They’re here! #Beyoncé #twins #jayz #happybirthday.”
