Well, Beyonce didn't win the award for Video of the Year -- 'Wrecking Ball' did -- but that didn't stop her from taking home a major victory at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards. The songstress offered another unanimously loved VMA performance and accepted the MTV Video Vanguard Award.

She didn't have to say much after the performance; after all, what else is there to be said? The grand gesture came from Jay Z and Blue Ivy. The rhymer came to the stage with their daughter in his arms, prepared to praise his wife.

"The greatest living entertainer, Beyonce," Jay Z said, before his wife stepped to the microphone.

The move looked like a direct response to the divorce rumors that's been following them throughout the On The Run tour. Blue Ivy also chimed in on the stage, and said what sounded like, "Good job, mommy," into the microphone.

The VMAs came to a close following her set and all was well in Beyland.
