Just when it seemed like Beyonce wasn't going to show up to the 2015 Met Gala, the singer entered tardy to the party for dramatic effect considering her gown was a show-stopper.

The "Partition" songstress stepped onto the red carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City on Monday night (May 4) wearing a sheer nude Riccardo Tisci by Givenchy gown. The glittering dress, embellished with jewels of red, gold and pink, showcased her incredible figure and could possibly be one of the best nearly-naked outfits of all-time. But that's for you to decide.

Of course, Beyonce didn't show up to the formal affair alone. Husband Jay Z escorted her inside dressed in a classic black tuxedo. He posed for photos beside his darling wife and stepped aside to give her time in the spotlight solo to show off the floor-sweeping gown. But Hov wasn't the only man by Queen Bey's side for the night. Her stylist, Ty Hunter, held the train of her dress as she strutted onto the red carpet to meet paparazzi.

Before she made her grand entrance, Blue Ivy's mom held an impromptu photo shoot of her own in what appears to be an elevator (thankfully it wasn't the same one from last year). Her booty surely grabbed attention as she shared images of the backside of her wardrobe on Instagram. With her hands planted high up on a wall, she was the picture perfect definition of "bootylicious." We think her look slightly resembles the dress worn by the woman ready to fulfill Eddie Murphy's every need in Coming to America. Not far off, right?

The BeyHive (and the haters) shared their thoughts on Beyonce's dazzling ensemble, which definitely deserves a spot on the best dressed list. Check out the good, the bad and the ugly comments below.
