BET Rip the Runway 2012: Lil’ Kim, Diggy Simmons, Meek Mill & More Perform — Video
BET's 'Rip the Runway' debuted Wednesday night (March 21) and the spectacle of designer threads was supported by a live soundtrack, where rappers and R&B artists dropped lyrics as models strutted down the catwalk at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.
Wale hit the stage for 'Lotus Flower Bomb,' all while dressed in a camouflage vest and red kicks. His Maybach Music Group affiliate Meek Mill, donning an Indian yellow jacket, got the crowd on their feet for 'House Party.' Diggy Simmons brought crooner Jeremih along with him for 'Do It Like You' and B.o.B. showcased his new single 'So Good.'
An opaque catsuit-wearing Lil' Kim made a return to the stage with classic tracks like 'Crush on You,' 'It's All About the Benjamins' and her song 'If You Love Me.' Robin Thicke got the ladies attention by crooning through 'Pretty Lil' Heart' sans Lil Wayne and Estelle gave a thrilling performance of 'Back to Love.'
Model Selita Ebanks and actor Pooch Hall hosted the fashion extravaganza.
