Two of B.B. King’s daughters have hired a prominent lawyer to figure out if their late father’s long-time business manager, LaVerne Toney, is looting his accounts and rushed his death in Las Vegas.

According to the Associated Press, Benjamin Crump, the lawyer who was previously involved in the Trayvon Martin case, will take an unbiased look at King’s death on and how his personal finances are being handled.

"They're not being accusatory. They just want to find out the truth of all that happened with their father," said Crump who is representing King’s daughters Patty King and Karen Williams.

Crump is also looking into the possibility of another will. Four other King daughter's alleged that Toney used a power of attorney to move $1 million out of different bank accounts for herself, denied him proper medical care and prevented other family members from seeing him before the blues guitarist died on May 14.

Attorney Brent Bryson, who represents the B.B. King estate and Ms. Toney, denied all accusations. He also added that no matter who represents King’s daughters the outcome would be the same.

"The allegations against Ms. Toney are absolutely false and without merit, and we look forward to our day in court," Bryson said. "The facts of the case are not going to change based on who they bring in to present the case."

A probate hearing has been scheduled for June 25.
