Reviewing Azealia Banks' performance last weekend at Coachella, the L.A. Times warned that Nicki Minaj "should be on the lookout." Banks is certainly on the rise, and as per The Hollywood Reporter, the 20-year-old Harlem rapper has now signed a deal with Troy Carter, Lady Gaga's manager.

Carter heads Atom Factory -- a company that also reps Mindless Behavior and Greyson Chance -- and has a stake in such start-ups as Turntable.fm and Bread Labs, a digital billboard service.

Carter comes on board as Banks continues to prep her debut album, Broke With Expensive Taste, which is due out in September on Interscope. No word yet on how she and Carter will seek to promote the record, but don't be surprised if meat dresses and giant eggs enter the equation.

Her EP, 1991, has been pushed back from its original April 17 release date. Her single, "212," will appear on the effort as well as new material, likely being her Diplo-produced track "F--- Up the Fun."
