Aurora Theater Shootings: Music World Reacts to ‘Dark Knight Rises’ Tragedy

Like the rest of us, musicians from across all genres were shocked and saddened by the tragic theater shooting that occurred in Aurora, Co., earlier today (July 20), AOL Music reports. As soon as news hit that a masked gunman opened fire during a screening of “The Dark Knight Rises,” killing 12 and wounding at least 50, celebrities took to Twitter to express a range of horrified emotions. We’ve begun compiling them below and will update throughout the day.
