Dawn Richard isn't the only former Danity Kane member that's keeping it moving. Aubrey O'Day and Shannon Bex have joined together to form the new group, dumblonde.

O'Day announced the news on Twitter and Instagram, posting a message and photo to announce their union. "Today begins a new chapter. Thank you for always standing by us. This new project is for u," she wrote.

The announcement comes several months after Danity Kane had a brawl in the studio. Apparently Richard and O'Day were involved in a physical altercation with the latter pressing charges on the Blackheart creator.

O'Day released a statement shortly after the group disbanded. "During a recent group meeting, a business conversation took a turn for the worst, when my group member punched me in the back of my head while I was speaking to another associate," she wrote in a statement. "Disagreements happen but a war of words and ideas should never end in physical aggression."

Richard released a statement of her own about the incident. "I am sorry to everyone that this news has to come out," she wrote. "You're worth more. Certain choices were made that I am not proud of. However, I will not be disrespected. Once again, I am sorry to the fans as this should have been handled privately, not publicly."

According to TMZ, dumblonde will be going the EDM route and veer from the R&B and pop route the ladies traveled down previously.

If you're keeping track, Richard just released her new solo album, Blackheart, and Danity Kane member Aundrea Fimbres quit showbiz to raise a family, which leaves only one final question. What on earth is popping with D. Woods?
