A$AP Ferg is repping the “East Coast” on his new anthemic track, which features Bronx rhymer Remy Ma.

The self-proclaimed Trap Lordian describes the song as “ground zero music” for “the children living in the sewer.” “The rap book is my Bible, just repent through it,” he adds.

While the Trap Lord delivers his usual gritty bars on the booming track, Remy Ma actually outshines him with her blistering verses, which consists of lyrical shots aimed at her rivals (*cough* Nicki Minaj).

“On IG, you thumb it up / But in real life you bum it up / You ain’t own nothing, you so frontin’ / You Joe Budden, you pump it up,” she raps, adding, “You was hatin' when I was comin' up / You fake bitch, you need to woman up / You a wack bitch, you a rat bitch / And I’m that bitch, just to sum it up.”

According to reports, “East Coast” is the lead single from Ferg’s third album, Still Striving, which is still a work in progress. The Harlem native is currently working on the project in Liberia. The album is the follow-up to his stellar 2015 effort, Always Striving.
