Antoine Dunn will debut his soulful opus Truth of the Matter in the coming months and one particularly heartfelt song off the project, "Miss My Love," finds the crooner singing about a decision to choose a love of music over a romance with a special someone.

"When I wrote the song, I was at a point where I had to choose between pursuing music and dealing with a difficult situation in my love life," Dunn tells The BoomBox. "Unfortunately, sometimes someone can be first in your heart, but can't be first in your life. I decided that pursuing music had to be first in my life."

For the accompanying video, which The BoomBox features exclusively, Dunn found a woman to play the role of his significant other due to how similar she was to his real-life girl.

"Shooting the video in Atlanta was a blast," the 23-year-old says. "I loved working with [directors] Motion Family; the energy on set was great. Actually, the young lady in the video reminds me of the woman that inspired me to write the song; they have similar vibes. After looking at 20 or so other models, when I saw her, I said to myself, 'She's the one.'"
