Alicia Keys is giving her hometown fans something to look forward to. The R&B star will perform in New York City on Oct. 15, in an exclusive show for Citi/AAdvantage card members. The concert will be held at the Avery Fisher Hall in Manhattan's Lincoln Center.

Celebrating 25 years of Citi Credit Cards, the brand kicked off the Love the Journey Concert series in conjunction with American Airlines. Aside from the New York show, the series includes a Los Angeles show with Maroon 5 taking place at the Orpheum Theatre Oct. 19.

The Grammy Award-winning entertainer, who is currently completing her fifth studio album, Girl on Fire, is excited to share music from the project in an "intimate" setting. "I can't think of a better way to share new music from Girl on Fire than by holding a special, intimate concert," said the "Not Even a King" singer. "I really love performing in this kind of environment. It's a connection that is indescribable."

Tickets can only be purchased with a Citi/AAdvantage credit card through www.citi.com/concertseries.

Girl on Fire, a follow-up to 2009's The Element of Freedom, arrives Nov. 27, via RCA records.
