Alicia Keys, Jennifer Hudson and Erykah Babu

The upcoming 'Sex and the City 2' soundtrack will hit stores on May 25, two days before the film premieres, and it will feature an all-star lineup of R&B divas. Fans can expect songs from Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys and Erykah Badu in addition to British pop songstress Leona Lewis.

Alicia Key's 'Empire State of Mind (Part II) Broken Down,' will accompany the song's original version, which is featured in the film's trailer. Key's will also record a cover of Blondie's song 'Rapture,' as original material for the album. Jennifer Hudson, who appeared in the first movie installment as Carrie's (Sarah Jessica Parker) assistant, will team up with British singer, Leona Lewis for a due titled 'Love is Your Color.' And Erykah Badu, who recently stirred up controversy and almost landed herself jail time for the nude scenes in her video 'Window Seat,' will lend the track to the upcoming album.

The SATC stars -- Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon -- also have a special musical surprise in store. The four co-stars will record a cover of Helen Reddy's 'I Am Woman,' for the already star-studded soundtrack.

'Sex and the City 2' will premiere in theaters on May 27.
