Alicia KeysThe search for a head blogger for Alicia Key's new website, IAAS.com (I Am Super Woman), has been narrowed down to three finalists. Keys commissioned a handpicked selection committee to narrow down the top 10 applicants who were flown to New York Tuesday (May 18), and downsized to the top three. From there the bloggers will travel across the pond to London, where they will meet the Grammy winner at the Black Ball on May 27, and will be given their final writing assignment.

Keys teamed with Monster.com back in April to launch the search which received over 8,000 applications and 300,000 visitors to the job posting. "Finding the perfect head blogger for IAAS.com is a huge endeavor, and Monster was a great partner in helping us find the very best candidates in the most fair and professional manner," she said in a statement.

Each candidate was rated by members of a social media panel, comprised of public relations professionals, editors and social media consultants. Panel members were given profiles and writing samples of the top 10 and rated applicants on a pre-determined criteria which included social media knowledge and writing skills, before giving Keys their final recommendations.

The top three finalists can be viewed via the website, while the head blogger will be announced around June 25.
