Every year around this time Nike’s Doernbecher Collection finds it’s way to retailers and while the styles released are all anticipated we all just really want to know what Jordan model is included. This year the Air Jordan 7 was the pair and young Damien Phillips was the guy who got to design them.

Phillips let his affinity for Rock and Roll and the Chicago Bulls fuel his design, and the result is a rockin’ red and black new style with a broken in feel. Golden accents and an ice outsole frame the impressive colorway, with a guitar pick dubrae resting at the base of the lace plate. Flipping the sneaker upside reveals a cartoon caricature of him playing the guitar while his initials DJP graces the heel.

The Air Jordan 7 DB is set to drop on December 17 at very select Nike retailers and you can snag them at on their SNKRS app.
