As a way to make models sleeker and lean further into the lifestyle category, brands have been gutting them and ditching the lining. This "Decon" look has made from some pretty interesting creations, and Nike is next to employ the technique on the Air Jordan 2.

The Air Jordan 2 landed squarely in the luxury lane when Don C made it his sneaker of choice, and now Nike is taking it a step further with this version. The shoe retains all of its original shape but it does look a bit more streamlined than usual, especially around the ankle. It also gets a little help from a bordeaux colored suede build that completely covers the entire shoe.

There’s no exact word on when this colorway of the Air Jordan 2 will drop but look for it sometime in July.
