NBA icon Michael Jordan is retired from basketball and talk show icon David Letterman is retired from television, but this latest Nike release puts them both back in the game. The Air Jordan 1 "David Letterman" is a hot sneaker that combines sports and pop history together and has a pretty cool backstory.

The colorway is inspired by the jumpsuit that His Royal Airness wore on Late Night With David Letterman show in 1986. The sneaker boasts a red leather upper with dark navy-colored accents on the tongue, outsole and swoosh among other places. It’s a relatively simple look, but in the end, it's a great-looking sneaker and a must-have for Jordan fans.
