Sneakerboots are cool and all but surely we can agree that the models they mimic will always be better. Thankfully, the guys over at Adidas didn’t tamper too much with the recipe for this Forum High model and let the colorway handle most of the implications.

The Adidas Originals Forum High is given a wheat nubuck build with dark brown accents on the ankle and a gum outsole down below. Based on colorway and height alone, the resulting model feels very boot-like without much modification at all -- unless you count the d-ring lace loops on the ankle. These do a great job of conveying the cold weather theme without sacrificing their own authenticity.

You can find these today at select Adidas retailers including Oneness, where they're priced at $120, which is a lot cheaper than a pair of construction boots.
