adidas Consortium x Barbour Fall/Winter 2014 Collection

Sportswear brand adidas has teamed up with lifestyle apparel company Barbour to create a limited-edition winter collection that reflects the active lifestyle of the everyday man.

The adidas x Barbour Fall/Winter 2014 collection boasts a wide selection of military-inspired clothing from parkas and jackets to footwear.

For example, the all-black GSG Nein parka takes it cues from the military with its four front cargo pockets and reinforced sleeves to handle the toughest weather elements. The Roubarb jacket is the shorter version of the GSG Nein, with its quilted embroidering and stripes on the sleeves inspired by track gear.

In the footwear department, the legendary GSG9 combat boot looks awesome. The boots feature an all black waxed leather upper with brass eyelets and a tonal black outsole. There's also adidas and Barbour co-branding on the tongue tag. These boots look so comfortable, you could probably jog in them. (Though we wouldn't recommend that.)

The sneakers aren't half bad either. The burgundy Columbia shoe and the ZX555 grey running sneakers are perfect for casual wear.
