Acapulco Gold Launches Spring 2014 Collection
Acapulco Gold is one of the hottest and creative streetwear brands in the clothing world. The good folks at AG have just released their 2014 spring collection and they have some clothes that we feel are instant buys.
The highlight of their spring collection are the T-shirts. AG pays homage to Wu-Tang Clan rhyme-slinger Raekwon with their “Chef” tee. The shirt features a still photo of Rae wearing the Polo Snow Beach patrol windbreaker in the ‘Can It Be All So Simple‘ video. If you are fan of Lex Diamonds this shirt is an instant cop.
AG also celebrates the 20th anniversary of Mobb Deep’s ‘The Infamous’ album with their “Infamous” T-shirt. The tee boasts the tracklisting of the classic 1994 LP, which is being re-released this year as a commemorative 20th Anniversary Album. It’s simple yet classic. Get up on that, dun.
Finally, if you ready to jump ahead and celebrate the summer season, the ‘Palm Spring’ T-shirts should put in you in the mood for warmer weather.
Elsewhere, AG flips the standard sweatshirt with their Tech Pocket Crewneck, which features a handy buttoned pocket for pens, cash and other small items. Utilitarian and stylish, we can dig it.
We are also loving the Angry Lo Bear printed crewneck, which is a thugged-out twist to Ralph Lauren’s cuddly teddy bear.
Among some of the other items feature in AG’s collection are the Enlisted Utility pants, the Lombardi Coaches Jackets, 25 to life T-shirts, AG hoodies, fitted caps, five-panel hats and more.
