Last week, Ab-Soul joined in on the lengthy list of hip hop artists to drop new material for fans, but alongside J. Cole, he quickly became a standout. The TDE rapper released his new album, Do What Thou Wilt, and fans quickly took to social media to praise the MC for his deep lyricism and hardcore bars. One track, however-- his Jay Electronica diss.

The 29-year-old rapper takes some shots at Electronica on "RAW (Backwards)," which he just released the visuals for. Soul was not too happy with the Roc Nation rapper after he dissed Kendrick Lamar earlier in the year, claiming that "he couldn't body me." He even called Kendrick's verse on "Control" the third best after his and Big Sean's, which brought him some backlash from social media. Now, Soul is dropping some cryptic visuals to accompany his shots at Electronica.

Performing in a dark venue, surrounded by a crowd of supporters throwing up three fingers, Ab-Soul embraces the "battle rap" vibes of the song. He even takes it to another level when he backs his performance with a live band.
