50 Cent has been cleaning up his act recently and it goes beyond just replacing loose jeans and white tank tops with suits on the red carpet. However, that doesn't mean his dirty laundry has disappeared as the rapper's bid to get a lawsuit against him tossed out has been rejected.

In 2009, 50 Cent released a sex tape featuring Lastonia Leviston, also known as the mother of one of Rick Ross' children. That move got him into hot water when Leviston slapped him with a lawsuit in 2010, and said that the whole ordeal caused her emotional stress.

Fif wasn't a part of the original video, which was brought to him by Maurice Murray -- the man who made the sex tape with Leviston. 50 Cent played the role of Pimpin Curly to mock Ross.

The 'Before I Self Destruct' rhymer has since tried to get the case thrown out of court. A judge dismissed his request Thursday (Jan. 2) and will go ahead with the case, which likely means it will go to trial.
