50 Cent Says Shyne is ‘Not Good Enough’ to Diss — Say What!

50 Cent had some hard words for Def Jam’s great deported hype, Shyne. “You gotta come with something,” 50 said in regard to Shyne’s disses. “For you to even be on that radar, like Shyne when he has something to say…I’m not responding to that because it’s not good enough. The material is not even good enough for me – I would jump out there just because I felt like I was being a part of hip hop culture, competing but if you look at it and say who’s really in a position to say something, I shouldn’t even be listening to him.” Agreed. A recent Tweet by Slim Thug: “I’m in NYC by myself tonight this d–k ain’t gone suck itself.” G. [TeamYee]

Katy Perry dressed as a Smurf on national television, but admits to having never seen the show. “I’ve never seen an episode [of ‘The Smurfs’], because my parents wouldn’t let me,” Perry told MTV at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards. “My mom thought that Smurfette was a little bit slutty, being the only female in the village. And now I showed her. I called her up and was like, ‘Guess what, Mom: I’m Smurfette!’” Yay! [MTV]
